Sometimes new devices are not recognised automatically, in which case they have to be searched for manually. To do this, you can click on "Scan" or "Search available devices" or something similar, depending on the device. Then you have to pair the headphones with your player so that a connection can be made. What else I can say about the headphones: I also ordered them and had no sound on one side. Maybe they also got a Monday model...

Try charging the battery. One of mine stopped working too, or it no longer reacted with the buttons. After charging, everything was fine again. Greetings
