No, this is not possible, USB is only for playing music from an external host (e.g. MP3 player).

Hello, On the audio connection (inputs), 3.5 mm jack, is it possible to connect a record player (microphones)? I think so but I would like to be sure. Thank you for your attention.

This is possible if the record player has a built-in pre-amp.
