I have tried out various settings for work, gaming and graphic photo editing. I feel most comfortable with the factory settings. All over all, I can highly recommend this monitor!

Do you have dvi cables connected??? Enough good hardware??? If nothing works exchange+!!!

According to the supplier, it is 5 ms.
Specifically. I don't own the unit but I just looked at the manual online and there is NOTHING about it.
And other shops that sell the monitor also have a completely different product description.

TL;DR: I think the product just doesn't have RGB lighting.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical equipment with a Swiss plug. If the device is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable must be provided if the power cable is plugged in or, if the power cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter.
If the appliance is supplied without a suitable plug, complain to customer service and insist on a free cable or adapter.

Exactly the monitor has 350 cd/m² / 350 nits according to the manufacturer.
