It worked for me with a SONY television.
Measured: Neither - but most likely CITA: The common ground is on the 2nd ring from the bottom, but the video signal (yellow input) is directly above it. The white cable at the top, the red one at the bottom. Since white/red are the audio inputs, it is not quite CITA as shown on WIkipedia.
