No longer recommend LMP Travel Dock (USB C). Was my fire trigger :-(((

Can I also charge the MacBook with it, or is it "just" an adapter?

It has a USB-C port where you can also plug in your charger. Then it also charges your MacBook through the adapter.

Why can't I charge my Ipad Pro with this adapter with the USB-C socket? It charges for a second and then the message "Not charging" appears on the iPad. Why is that not possible?

Since it works for me with stronger adapters but not with the original Apple adapter for the iPad Pro, it can only be due to the power of the adapter. The LMP Travel Dock also needs power.

No, as far as I know, this is not compatible. Also, Nintendo can refuse the warranty if you don't use the original Nintendo Dock.

Sorry, I should have googled better before. I'll answer my own question: According to https://lmp-adapter.com/product/lmp-usb-c-travel-dock/, only one video connection can be used at a time.
