Both details are correct. The product itself has a length of 10 metres. Two cables could be connected to achieve a total length of 20 metres.

The extension cable is specifically designed for use with Rally Mic PODs or the Rally Mic Pod Hub and allows an additional 10 metres (32.8 ft) of cable length to optimally position microphones in larger spaces. It is plenum-certified and suitable for commercial installations, including installation in walls, ceilings or pipework. The cable supports the connection of up to two extensions for a total length of 20 metres. However, in a conference room situation with a laptop, USB-C hub, video output (HDMI/DP) and camera input (USB) as well as a screen on the wall with USB-C hub and video input (HDMI), the extension cable is only intended for the microphone connection of the Rally Mic PODs. It extends the 12-pin cable of the microphones, but not video or USB-C connections. This means that the extension cable can be used to flexibly position the microphones in larger conference rooms, but is not suitable for extending video or USB-C signals between the laptop, hub and screen.

Currently, the price seems to be lower again - according to the price development (below "Availability"), a lot has happened here in the last few weeks. At the beginning of June, the price was even as high as CHF 358 😅.
