1 port 4 ports 75 ports... I have ordered the 1 port and 4 port ("Business") versions. Both look identical and have the same performance. Does anyone know the difference, apart from the price and manufacturer number? Even Microschrott doesn't seem to know.

The two docking stations are technically identical, the ports should be adapted soon. The "For Business" models are distinguished by an extended manufacturer's warranty service: Microsoft will send a replacement device if warranty services are requested.

Hi All I have a Surface and 2 HP monitors. I have connected this docking station with the supplied monitor cables. Here's the problem: when I unplug my Surface and then plug it back in, I have to "wiggle" the cable screens to get a display on the screens (otherwise I get the error message "No source detected"). => how can I fix the problem, thank you
