Hi. I was able to order some tips from digitec. Item number: 12293960 But they are not available at the moment, according to my order history. Unfortunately, the tips did not fit into the normal pen, which was not clear from the description. So I sent them back and bought a Pen2 Pro. Personally, I find the eraser function really good, and as long as the pen doesn't fall on the tip, you don't need replacement tips in my opinion. At least the Pro comes with a rubber cap, which has often saved my tip. :-) I have read a bit of your other comments and questions, and I understand the displeasure, I felt the same way some time ago. Unfortunately, Galaxus/Digitec still hasn't reacted, which is a shame. As a justification for the sellers: It's also stupid for Onyx to use a different type of tip for each pen, especially if you can't even buy the right tips on the manufacturer's website...
