No idea, but the screen is fine
I have the same problem. I couldn't find anything about it in the settings. I have reconnected the monitor to HDMI and it works.
Mega good picture and incredibly pleasing to the eye
I suppose you bought it second-hand? I don't have this problem. Something to try: in your Pro surface, change the refresh rate
Other connection and/or other device has the same behaviour?
What do you mean by split? You can easily view 2 applications/documents side by side because it is so wide.
Hi, for what you described about the genre of games I can only recommend this monitor. Really wonderful, colours, details, curvature all very good!
Good morning, I am not aware of the problem (perhaps because I do not need the functionality), but I can say that in use it is an above-average monitor.
The 4x USB 3.2 Gen 1 are type A ports. It is important to know that the USB on the monitor cannot be used if you have connected it with USB-C (only power and image). You still have to connect this model to the PC/laptop with a normal USB cable (probably included) to be able to use them.
Good day We have various Philips 346B1C/00, they are great. The lower edge goes from approx. 7-25cm. Greetings Andi
Hi ROSTR, I don't know, I only use the screen for MS Office apps and am fully satisfied in that respect.
I find the widescreen mega ingenious. I use the PC via HDMI and MacBook via USB-C, switching is simple. I use it for MS365 applications in 2/3/4 split, my wife for video editing. Clean display and pleasantly illuminated. It is absolutely worth its price if you don't explicitly want 2 individual monitors. Only the black level has a fine grey cast.
Unfortunately, the USB ports on the "cheaper" model are not powered via the USB-C, unfortunately.
