I'm really starting to get grey hairs with this monitor and that as an IT person! My monitor keeps switching on the SmartImage function sporadically, at least once a day. I have already set it to Off several times in the settings menu and also via the button function (hold down for 10 seconds) but it always switches on again. Does anyone else have this problem? Or am I too incompetent for this... Thanks in advance!

I have a question is it UWQHD or WQHD because in the pictures it states WQHD but then in the description it contradicts stating its UWQHD. Its a bit confusing

A great monitor. However, I have the problem that the monitor does not "start" by itself, or as soon as I start a laptop via USB C and the cable connection already exists, I first have to open the laptop and switch the Philips on/off so that it makes a picture transfer. Is this due to the settings?

Hi all. I have an issue with this monitor that I recently got. When I have no windows open it makes a noise. Once I open a window it stops but the moment i minimize the window and run the Windows home screen its coming back. I use the screen with a Surface Pro. Anything I can do? Thanks

I have a black screen semi-regularly, the picture comes back automatically after about 2-3 seconds. 1) Driver checked. 2) No loose contact (checked, and also happens when watching a film when I'm on the sofa). 3) Happens while programming, playing games, watching films... (so no screensaver either) Ideas?

Hello together I have a Philips 346E2CUAE/00 monitor that I use together with a MacBook Air M1 via USB-C hub. Now I have bought a webcam, the Logitech C505. I want to connect it to the monitor via USB (that should work with the hub, right?). Unfortunately it doesn't work, do I have to make any settings/install drivers or anything else? I have 4 different USB connections, none of them work. Thanks for the help!

I have a question of understanding: Various sources describe that you can connect a notebook to a monitor via USB-C and that both image and sound are transmitted. The monitor's power cable supplies it with power, which should therefore also work via the USB-C cable to the notebook. Is there perhaps a misunderstanding on my part?
