Unfortunately, we cannot find out which graphics card you have. However, it is important that it supports the DisplayPort standard 1.3, better 1.4. Your cable must also support this. The cable supplied should actually be compatible in this respect.

120 Hz with DisplayPort, with HDMI 120 Hz at 2560 x 1440 and 60 Hz at 3840 x 2160 pixels
120 hearts via display port, what more could you want? However, it's very big right in front of my nose, which is why I still mostly use my 28-incher for PC gaming (ESO).
HDMI 2.1 easily allows 120 Hz up to almost 4k, but it is often recommended to use DisplayPort anyway because it is not proprietary and bugs are usually fixed faster.
