The spots can be tilted. There is an axis of rotation. With a little pressure at the right points on the inner ring, movement can be achieved. Good luck!

The instructions say 70-75 mm - 70 mm is fine, 80 mm is too much.

The recessed spot Milliskin is not dependent on the current version. (E10 are very small bulbs). Milliskin requires a hole in the ceiling of around 80mm and a 230V connection. An existing transformer may have to be removed. Milliskin comes with a GU10 bulb and a matching base. There is a terminal in the base to which the 230V wires are connected.
