it works with USB-C dongle. Mic could not be tested yet, nobody was online.

You can remove the microphone or leave it on. I personally have a separate microphone on my setup and therefore only use it very rarely. The headset is definitely recommended!

No, the device has a usb-c reciever via which all communication takes place. The connection is via 2.4 GHz and not with blietooth, so other devices cannot be connected at all.

No noise cancelling, but it isolates very well. I can't hear the TV where someone else is watching and listening while pulling a PC or listening to music. But yes, there are other options for open-plan offices, e.g. Zone Wireless, Jabra evolve, etc.

The headphones are adjustable, yes. I have a rather large head and find the headset very comfortable, even when used for several hours.
