Is a keyboard stand included in the delivery?

Is this a refreshed edition? New version of the old product? I am confused why it’s releasing on 15 oct 2024 when I see its data from before dates.

Do I understand that correctly; I can stream a song in midi format to this piano from, for example, an iPad, and then play the piano to the song? And if so, how, with which app? There is so much information and videos about this digital piano, but nowhere is there a detailed explanation.

Is there anything else included besides the pedal?
