Yes, but the corresponding app is not available. This means that you can listen to music, but you cannot change the gestures, for example.

The "Samsung Charging Case for R170 Samsung Galaxy Buds - black" on sale is compatible with the product you purchased, the "Galaxy Buds (6 h, Wireless)" with model number SM-R170NZKAAUT. The model number R170 corresponds to the Samsung Galaxy Buds SM-R170, and the charging case, which is specially designed for these models, therefore fits your device.

Samsung Electronics GmbH Hello, The Galaxy Buds | Buds+ | Live have IPX2 certification. This means that there is protection against falling dripping water at a housing angle of 15°. Accordingly, you should not wear the Galaxy Buds for showering. Best regards from Schwalbach, Your Samsung Service Team

No, certainly not. The Galaxy Buds are designed for use with a smartphone and not for watching films at home in front of the television. For the intended use of the Buds, there are therefore hardly any media that would even provide the required sound tracks for Dolby Atoms.

The Samsung app Galaxy Wearable must be fully installable and executable on your OnePlus so that you have the full range of functions of the SG EarBuds at your disposal. You can use it to control, among other things, the assignment of the touch function surfaces of the EarBuds and much more. BTW: In the meantime, the SG EarBuds+ is available as a successor model.
