I bought it for the Tablet S6 and it works with it. Whether it works at all depends on the type of display. The S6 and also the S5e have so-called "Super AMOLED" displays. So from my point of view it should work. I can't give a guarantee. But maybe Galaxus will take the pen back if it doesn't work on the S5e.
