Hello Yes, the SanDisk SecureAccess programme must be installed on the PC. Under the following link you will find all information including instructions on how to use the programme https://kb-de.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6163/~/sandisk-secureaccess-version-3.02-support-information-and-download-page
Formatting with NTFS is possible.
The Sandisk Ultra Flair doesn't have that. I still have an older 32 GB USB stick from Sony that does. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a more specific name on it. As far as I can tell from the pictures here, it's a Sony Microvault Mach, like this 16 GB model: Sony Microvault Mach (16GB, USB 3.0)
Unfortunately, Anonymous' answer is wrong. The write speed is 10 MByte/s (according to Digitec's specifications and also in my practical test when copying films). That is four times slower than would be possible with USB 2.0. USB 2.0 specifies a write speed of 60 MByte/sec, of which a maximum of 40 MByte/sec is achieved in practice. So this stick is really very slow when writing - don't be fooled by the fact that it is a USB 3.0 stick.
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Yes, this is possible, but the performance is not as good as with a USB 3.0 connection. With a 2.0 connection, you will not notice any difference if you compare a USB 3.0 and a USB 2.0 stick.
So when I put it in the shopping cart, I have 1 pc.
