Hello, the pressure of the headband on the RS 195 cannot be changed, it can only be adapted to the shape of your head by adjusting the length of the headband. The operating instructions describe how to adjust the headband so that the ear pads fit comfortably and the pressure is even.

I was able to do some research and make the following selection: If you mainly watch TV at home: - Sennheiser RS 195 → Built for that, unbeatable for films. - Sennheiser Rs 195 (no noise cancellation, 18 h, wireless)](https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/sennheiser-rs-195-keine-geraeuschunterdrueckung-18-h-kabellos-kopfhoerer-4648475) If you also listen on the go and want an all-round device: - Sony WH-1000XM6 → Best overall package in terms of workmanship, weight, sound and operation. Provided your TV has Bluetooth. - Sony WH-1000XM6 (Active Noise Cancellation, 30 h, Wired, Wireless)](https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/sony-wh-1000xm6-aktive-geraeuschunterdrueckung-30-h-kabelgebunden-kabellos-kopfhoerer-56467805) If you want the best sound regardless of the investment: - Bowers & Wilkins PX8 S2 → Excellent sound, very cinematic, equally excellent for music. Can also be connected to the TV via Bluetooth, provided the TV can establish a Bluetooth audio connection. - Bowers & Wilkins Px8 S2 (Active Noise Cancellation, 30 h, wired, wireless)](https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/bowers-wilkins-px8-s2-aktive-geraeuschunterdrueckung-30-h-kabelgebunden-kabellos-kopfhoerer-62465047) B&O has some interesting headphones, but I would choose the B&W or Sony rather than a B&O model. The decision is also very personal as to which sound you like best. I liked the Sony and B&W sounds better than those from B&O.

To connect your Sennheiser headphones to a PC, follow these steps: 1. activate pairing mode: switch on the headphones and press and hold the corresponding button (often the voice assistant button) for about five seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue and you hear the voice message "Pairing". 2. activate Bluetooth on the PC: Go to the settings of your PC, open "Devices" or "Bluetooth and devices" and make sure that Bluetooth is activated. 3. connect the headphones: Click on "Add device" and select "Bluetooth device". Select the headphones from the list of available devices. If a PIN is required, enter "0000". 4. check the connection: After the successful connection, the headphones should be connected to your PC and you can use them for audio output.

With the RS195 it is possible to couple 2 headsets simultaneously from the following range: RS 165, RS 175, RS 185. However, the specificities of the RS195 transmitter (e.g. frequency correction) will not necessarily be applicable to a helmet of the RS 165 -175 or 185 range. You will find the list of helmets compatible with the RS 195 on the following link of the manufacturer: https://hf-files.s3.amazonaws.com/hdpsennhei...

In my opinion, the headphones are not suitable. They fit great for everyday use, but for sports or fitness programmes I think they are not tight enough, too heavy and definitely too warm.
