The Somfy 1870595 radio control unit is designed to be the heart of an alarm and building security system, but it is not enough on its own to connect and manage all the other peripherals without a few additional accessories. - It often requires a centralised management system, such as Somfy's TaHoma system, for full integration and effective management of all detectors and other devices. - It can be connected to various sensors and accessories via radio communication, but advanced configuration and management is usually optimised with the use of a central control system such as TaHoma.

As far as I know, it is the same, but the suppliers use different names. When setting up, it is important to use the "TaHoma by Somfy" app on iOS. The yellow one with the white house icon. Then it works very easily with the connection. My RTS blinds are now running on the app and also in the Home Assistant with the "Overkiz" integration.
