StarTech Triple Monitor 4K USB-C Docking Station
USB-C, 6 Ports
as far as I can remember, the docking station is supplied without an adapter
Max. Digital resolutions 1 x HDMI (DP Alt mode) - 4096 x 2160p at 24 Hz/3840 x 2160p at 30 Hz 2 x DisplayPort (DisplayLink) - 4096 x 2160p at 60 Hz/3840 x 2160p at 60 Hz 1 x 5K DisplayPort with 2 DP video connectors - 5120 x 2880 at 60 Hz Lower resolutions are also supported. For example, if the highest resolution is 3840 x 2160p (4K), 2560 x 1600p and 2560 x 1440p resolutions are also supported.
According to Intel, 3 screens with the resolution are supported by the processor graphics card, but the HDMI only delivers 24hz.
If your laptop has a USB-C port, you can use up to 3 external monitors (+ screen of your laptop) With USB-A it is limited to 2 external monitors. Each monitor can have its own view. I recommend the same size and views because it is more convenient to work with a multi-monitor setup. The manufacturer's documentation is pretty clear : https://docs.rs-online.com/c1b8/0900766b816f5c4c.pdf It is possible to convert display ports to HDMI (if necessary): Kensington VP4000 4k (HDMI, 18cm)
Have the docking station in operation with a Lenovo via USB-C and works well.
