Is the keyboard also charged? For me, the connection worked immediately during installation according to the operating instructions (page 13). Perhaps go through the troubleshooting points (page 15) several times? e.g. deactivate/activate Bluetooth. I hope it works for you too. The keyboard is very good and pleasant to use.

This probably has to do with auto-correction, or rather, there is a function called "auto-capitalisation". You can change this in the keyboard settings of your mobile phone. https://visihow.com/Turn_on_Autocorrect_and_Capitalization_on_Samsung_Galaxy_S5
Keyboard must be charged and Power ON, then turn on Bluetooth on the tablet. Hope it works
In the properties it says: Keyboard layout: Switzerland This means that it is a standard QWERTY keyboard. The pictures usually show the wrong layout.
Try the following: Under Settings - General Administration - Language and Input - Physical Keyboard: Tab S6 Book Cover Keyboard - Samsung Keyboard - German Swiss German. set. If this does not work: General administration - Language and input - Language - Add language. Then add English, USA as the default and then remove it again.
@ sign is linked to the '2'. To select: Press the "AltGr" + "2" key.
Hello @ is done with ALT Gr right and the number 2 top left. If this does not work, then the keyboard layout for the physical keyboard on the tablet is not set correctly. it must be set to Swiss German for it to work correctly. note that there is one setting for the keyboard on the display and one for the physical keyboard. it is important that it is set in the setting for the physical keyboard.

The tablet case has 2 pins that fit into the keyboard. See picture 3. It holds great! Also on the knees :)
Unfortunately, we currently only have this keyboard for the Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite in our range.
