The Transcend JetDrive Lite 130 for MacBook Air is offered specifically for the MacBook Air. I believe that in terms of size (insertion depth) this only fits the MacBook Air. However, Transcend JetDrive Lite 360 for MacBook Pro Retina 15 (256GB) is also available for the MacBook Pro 13 inch.

Does the card also fit safely in the MacBook Air from 2017? This year is not listed. What is the write rate?

The write rate is a maximum of 95 MB/s and as a replacement for a real SSD, this is nothing. According to the manufacturer, however, it should fit, because I find this information on the website: MacBook Air 13" compatibility: Late 2010 Mid 2011 Mid 2012 Mid 2013 Early 2014 Early 2015 2017
