For me, the device works perfectly and I don't regret buying it at all. One possible solution is to plug the controllers together (both correctly) and then charge them so that both sides are charged. Do the two controllers have a connection to each other? And the charging time is very long for the small battery, plugged in overnight should be or has always been enough for me.
