By .one set, only the gimbal was included without the external display, and the case supplied does not have a recess for it.
No, just the wheel to operate it, you can't take that away either, tried it because I have my own follow Focus. Screen and transmitter are also not included

As you say, the weight is not a problem. But because of the height, you probably won't be able to perform all movements well. Also think about the additional weight you are carrying. I use this setup with a ring from Smallrig, so you can easily attach a small Vmount battery to it. It just depends a bit on how you shoot and what?

Yes, it is included. But it is worth testing the part with the desired camera first. I am a little disappointed with the product. The whole setup is very heavy at the end. A ring for mounting on an Easyrig would be ideal.
