Perfect shape
It's the perfect mouse for me - I had tendonitis, and since I've been using it I've had no pain.
The lifespan is about 2 years, but at this price that's quite acceptable. What's more, it was changed under warranty.Pro

Smooth and easy
Generally speaking it's a good mouse, especially for calm people.
If you are nervous, it might feel a bit harder to move around than a regular mouse, especially that the grip surface is really very smooth. Would have a better hold with a silicon layer at the surface, which might be possible to add yourself, somehow. Was wondering what the extra buttons work as, until I used the free and easy X-Mouse Button Control (XMBC) software to customize it.
I am happy that the mouse works even on a smooth and reflective ground which Microsoft wireless mouse could not function properly on it.Pro

Precise pointer guidance on the screen
I bought the same mouse with Bluetooth 2 months ago, but was never really satisfied with it. With the cable, the pointer guidance is much more accurate, more comfortable to work with.

2x mouse wheel defective after 2 months
The mouse would be great, unfortunately the mouse wheel was defective 2x after approx. 2 months each.
