Sonos One SL Bundle
The hardware is quite good, enough for music on the side. But the software is a disaster, 20 years ago that would have been OK, you may still be able to use for streaming, but for a music fan with a large collection is absolute crap. Fortunately, you can use a Squeezebox server on which you have installed the plug-in "AirPlay Bridge". This makes it possible to use the app iPeng, for example, and you can control Squeezebox and SONOS. And so you can still enjoy your collection in the modern era.

Absolutely awesome product! Easy to set up, together with the sub-woofer a dream! Also works with Spotify and not only with Apple stream service!
Creating an account, and enabling location tracking is technically NOT required in order to use a wireless speaker. Sonos is harvesting personal information (location, IP address, email address). Stay away if you care about your privacy.
I agree that in some contexts, having access to the location is nice to have, but it should NOT be mandatory to turn on location tracking in order to use (or register) the speakers.
If you buy a speaker, you should be able to use it out of the box, without having to register for any unnecessary online service.

The product itself is tip top, but the app that is needed for it is unfortunately underground and it gets worse with every update (for several years now). The speakers can no longer be operated satisfactorily with this app and are therefore also unusable. I therefore advise against buying a Sonos product.

Set up is super easy, the sound is awesome. BUT
Sonos is data thief !!!
My network was scanned, without drilling down the firewall I could not set up or run the boxes.
And why were the boxes able to connect to my wifi without me having to provide a password?
Connecting to Spotify wants access to ALL profile data.
