This is a good product but too expensive to cover the unused hole that can be a dust catcher on your MacBook. The speed is ok but do not expect it to be as fast and durable as the USB drive since the intended purpose is different. Simultaneous copy and move will affect speed and response time which is noticeable.
Very good
I use the card on a Macbook with 128 GB SSD. If you are smart about it and only copy data to the SD card (Dropbox, Google Drive and iCloud are no problem) and leave the operating system and programmes on the hard drive, the card is a useful addition to the laptop. I have not noticed any loss of speed. The card also inserts as advertised without any problems, nothing hangs out. I am fully satisfied so far.
