Good, but sometimes not so easy to connect the two headsets
Not so easy to connect to a PC. Does not work with Zoom. But works with Teams. Sometimes only one headset is connected.

Good InEar Pods, comfortable and rich sound
When used without the equaliser, the treble can be a bit too prominent. With the equalizer and bass set to max (on the Samsung Music app), you get a very rich and melodious bass and everything sounds very good. They are also very comfortable in the ear so that your ears don't hurt after 2 hours. The volume usually drops a lot when you use the equaliser, but it's not that bad with these pods. Despite the equaliser, you never need to listen at maximum volume. Unfortunately, when they are not in use (i.e. when they are simply connected but no music is playing) there is a very faint hissing noise. But you don't get that when the music is playing. What is also very practical is the case which can charge the pods up to 4 times. In addition, everything (case & pods) is magnetic so that the case cannot be opened accidentally and the pods also find their place directly when placed inside.

The headphones look good and basically work. Unfortunately, the headphones whistle quite strongly, so that it is also noticeable during music playback.
The replacement headphones also have a background noise. You don't hear it as much as the whistling during playback, but it is annoying between songs.Pro

I am more than satisfied
I have been using this product for more than 2 years and am very satisfied with it. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Frequent pairing issues and poor battery life
The earbuds look great and have wireless charging in the case, and type C charging. The right earbud frequently loses connection to the left earbud, and it is quite a pain to try and reconnect them with resets. The actual play time looks good, but that is because the case is a charger.

Expectations met
For this price, in my opinion, a super product: sound good, connects quickly and has a relatively stable connection. The case looks good and is also sufficiently robust; after falling down several times, the holder of the lid has loosened, but even then it was still usable.
The disadvantages:
- After a certain time (several months) was one headphone suddenly quieter than the other, is then temporarily gone again, but afterwards hass decoupled again. Not yet the case with the second pair.
- The operation is partly difficult: Quieter and louder and next song goes great, the double-tab needs (for me anyway) usually several attempts.

Sound volume is uncontrollable
Sound volume is always quiet, impossible to volume up on the phone. Also impossible to volume down on the laptop, it is always on maximum. I am very unsatisfied.

I was so disappointed and betrayed by the glowing description by Digitec that I ended up buying the Sony WF-1000XM4. It's a whole different budget, but it's night and day.

Already ordered for the second time
I have already bought these headphones once because I am so satisfied. I use them every day, even during sports. They don't slip, muffle external noise well and sit comfortably in the ear. I also find the sound very good. If you are very careless, the colour may peel off after a few months.

Good because a bit big for my ears

The sound quality is not as good as the top models, but with an equaliser it is sufficiently good. The earpieces are light, comfortable and hold well in the ear. Nice extra: the logos on the earpieces can be used to change tracks, change the volume and accept calls. Battery power is also sufficient. For the price, I am very satisfied with the purchase.
