Plate size: 1000 x 600 x 25 mm. Sound absorption panels made of polyurethane foam provide excellent sound absorbing and insulating properties. The chemical resistant exterior cladding protects against dust and moisture. These panels can be used as mats or cut to the desired shape and size. They feature a self-adhesive back for easy attachment to machines and devices.

The polyurethane foam (density 25/28 kg/m³) absorbs sound over a wide frequency range, making it a good basic solution for reflected and reverberant noises. It is suitable as carrier foam for internal adjustment and as a mounting surface.

Typical applications include control panels in machine rooms and close-fitting hoods. Non-combustible polyurethane foam (density 75 kg/m³) is designed for use in high-risk areas, while polyester fiber (density 30 kg/m³) offers excellent sound absorption combined with good thermal insulation.

The outer cladding materials include aluminized film, which serves as an oxygen and moisture barrier, and black polyurethane film, known for its high abrasion resistance, flexibility, and resistance to oils, gases, and solvents. This film also provides good resistance to weathering, radiation energy, and liquids.

Additionally, the protective film on the back prevents dust and dirt from penetrating into elastomers or foams. Tedlar® is a flexible, chemical-, solvent-, and age-resistant cladding material made of polyvinyl fluoride, suitable for particularly hostile conditions with an excellent temperature range of -73°C to +107°C.
