The XAL G control station plastic housings are designed for extreme environmental conditions (dirty, dusty, or humid environments). They provide enhanced protection (IP 66, IP 69K) against the ingress of solids and liquids and offer optimal protection against heat and chemical products (acids, solvents, oils, alkaline substances). With one, two, three, four, or five cutouts of Ø 22 mm, no mounting plate is necessary for the installation of selector switches/key switches or emergency stop mushroom heads: a notch in the cutouts ensures this. The smooth and uniform surface of the covers simplifies the cleaning of the installed control station. The cover is secured to the base with four captive stainless steel screws.
