This product is part of the XS series, a range of inductive proximity sensors. This universal inductive proximity sensor in cylindrical M8 design is not flush mountable and has a front detection surface. It supports a nominal switching distance of 2.5 mm and features a normally open discrete output. The product comes with a 2 m long cable for electrical connection and an LED for output status. It is an inductive proximity sensor with a nominal supply voltage of 24V to 240V AC/DC at 50/60Hz and a switching frequency of up to 25Hz AC and up to 3000Hz DC. The product has an IP67 protection rating and the housing is made of PPS. The dimensions are 50 mm (length) x 8 mm (height). It is suitable for applications in railways, mobile devices, elevators, escalators, hoisting equipment, material handling, conveyor technology, logistics, material processing, machine tools, packaging, robotics, as well as in the food and beverage industry. This product is certified by CSA, CCC, CE, and UL and complies with international standards and certifications in both standard and extended fields.
