The standard module (Order No. 464-485) is designed for frequencies up to 60 Hz. For motors operating at frequencies greater than 60 Hz and generating higher residual voltage, Order No. 464-489 should be used. XPS VNE, standstill detection (zero speed). It detects standstill in all types of machines powered by AC or DC motors that generate residual voltage in the windings when switched off. No additional sensor required. 1 normally closed and 1 normally open contact, EN954-1 category 3/EN 13849-1. 2 semiconductor outputs for signaling to PLC. 4 LEDs to indicate status. Maximum motor voltage: 500 Vac. 2 potentiometers mounted on the front allow for independent adjustment of the switching threshold for each input circuit. This enables adaptation to various motor and application requirements. 45 mm housing. The connections can be detached for easy and quick maintenance.
