Lexium Cobot is a series of collaborative robots that assist workers with repetitive tasks. This Cobot controller monitors collaborative robots with a payload of 5 kg to 7 kg, operating at an input voltage of 100 V to 240 V AC, 50-60 Hz. It features a high-speed input for belt tracking, 16 digital inputs and outputs, as well as 2 analog inputs and outputs. Lexium Cobot is designed to support workers in completing repetitive and labor-intensive tasks while protecting their health by automating assembly lines. It has an IP44 protection rating. Additionally, it offers a communication interface (RJ45 connector) for TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, ProfiNet, and Ethernet/IP. The housing is made of aluminum and steel and weighs 12 kg. Its dimensions are 410 mm in width, 307 mm in height, and 235 mm in depth. This Cobot controller is designed to be mounted on the floor next to the robot arms in their working area. It is certified according to GB11291.1, EN ISO10218-1, EN60204-1, EN ISO12100, EN ISO13849-1, EN61000-6-2, EN61000-6-4 +A1, ISO13849-1/2, ISO14644-1/9001, and is CE marked. The Cobot controller is connected to the robot via a 6-meter long cable and is intended to be placed near the robot. Collaborative robots are work companions for humans, making their tasks easier.
