The Star-Delta function module consists of a base module and two coupling modules with integrated connection wiring. The time range extends from 0.5 to 60 seconds, and it is suitable for AC/DC 24 to 240 V to control contactors 3RT2 S00-S3 and auxiliary contactors 3RH2 S00. A varistor for damping the contactor coils is integrated.

The SIRIUS 3RA28 function module enables star-delta starting and can be directly mounted on contactors 3RT2 and auxiliary contactors 3RH2, for example, for the targeted starting of motors, fans, and blowers. The assembly of star-delta starters is simple and tool-free, including time function and electrical interlocking, without additional wiring. This helps to avoid wiring errors and reduces testing costs.

By mounting on the front side of the devices, you save space on the DIN rail. An additional protective circuit is not required, and the automatic preferential switching reduces current peaks. The devices can be used worldwide thanks to international approvals.

The function modules are available for contactors 3RT2 and auxiliary switches 3RH2 in sizes S00 to S3. They come with a flexible wide voltage range of AC/DC 24-240 V, selectable outputs 1 S + 1 Ö or 1 W, and are available with screw or spring-loaded connection technology.
