Actuating elements are included, and accessories serve as spare parts. The SIRIUS 3SE5 hinge switch is designed for monitoring doors with hinges and flaps. These mechanical position switches provide excellent protection against tampering due to the fixed, positive pivot connection between the switch and the door hinge. They feature a standard housing according to EN 50047 and EN 50041 and have a very small operating angle. Simultaneous disconnection and signaling are additionally provided by the snap contacts. For the mechanical monitoring of safety doors or safety flaps, protection up to Cat 4 (EN 954-1) and up to SIL 3 IEC 62061 is achieved. Pushbutton contacts allow for simple, quick wiring, reducing connection time by approximately 20 to 25%. The cable entry size is M20 x 1.5. The actuator head can be rotated in 22.5-degree increments.
