Limit switch actuating elements 3SE5. A series of switch heads designed for use with the SIRIUS limit switch series 3SE5. Due to their plug connection and standardized interface, these switch heads can be easily replaced. Compatible with both modular switch units and complete switch assemblies. Rounded plungers and roller plungers. Operation can be in the direction of the plunger axis or with the rod at a right angle to the plunger axis. Rounded plungers and roller plungers feature an additional follow-up path, resulting in a greater operating distance. For lateral actuation and relatively long follow-up paths, the roller plunger is recommended. Roller levers and angled roller levers. Depending on the output direction (left or right), different approach angles (α = 30°) and follow-up angles (γ = 45°) are possible. For actuating elements made of finely ground steel in the form of cams, straight edges, or cam discs. Rotary levers and rod actuating elements. For high starting speeds (v = 1.5 m/s), a selection of starting options is available. Resistant to oil, grinding dust, ice, and coarse-grained materials.
