In this narrative-driven survival horror game from a third-person perspective, set 300 years in the future, players take on the role of Jacob Lee – a victim of fate who is thrown into Black Iron Prison, a high-security facility on Jupiter's moon Callisto. As the inmates begin to transform into monstrous creatures, chaos ensues within the prison. To survive, Jacob must fight his way to safety, escape from Black Iron Prison, and uncover the dark and disturbing secrets hidden beneath the surface of Callisto.

With a unique blend of firearms and melee combat, Jacob must adapt his tactics to battle the rapidly evolving creatures while searching for new weapons, gear, and abilities to escape the growing threat and flee the horrors of Jupiter's dead moon.
