With the DP2HD4KS DisplayPort to HDMI adapter, you can connect a DisplayPort-equipped desktop or laptop computer, such as the HP EliteBook 8570p or 8470p, to an HDMI display. This adapter is compatible with DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 4K at 30 Hz, allowing it to support video resolutions up to Ultra HD (4K) as well as the corresponding digital audio with up to 7.1-channel surround sound. By supporting resolutions up to Ultra HD (4K), the DP to HDMI adapter ensures that you can convert DisplayPort to HDMI while achieving stunning picture quality that is four times higher than the resolution of high-definition 1080p. The adapter is also backward compatible with earlier DisplayPort revisions 1.0/1.1, supporting resolutions up to 1080p.
