The XS9 series of inductive proximity sensors features a unique one-piece housing made of sturdy 303 stainless steel. The housing is extremely resistant to mechanical shock and vibration. This series is ideal for use in harsh industrial environments and well-suited for applications such as metalworking machinery, automotive, and machining. The Factor 1 detection feature of these sensors allows detection of ferrous as well as non-ferrous materials from the same distance.
