The freezer probe (NTC) is primarily used to measure the core temperature of frozen foods. Thanks to its special handle and screw-shaped tip, it can be directly screwed into the frozen goods without the need for pre-drilling. Particularly practical for use in the food sector, the probe is compliant with EN 13485 and HACCP when connected to an appropriate measuring device. The special handle is heat-resistant up to a temperature of +70 °C.
