Product details

The stainless steel food probe (NTC) is primarily used to measure the core temperature of food. Particularly practical for use in the food sector is that the probe is compliant with EN 13485 and HACCP, as well as being water-resistant (according to IP 67). Additionally, it is heat-resistant, as the probe cable is made of PTFE.
