Shielding clamp. Heavy connectors for shield termination in connectors come with numerous requirements. To meet these requirements, several coordinated solutions are available: shield drainage through an EMC cable gland and the use of shield brackets in conjunction with shielding clamps. Depending on the design, the shield brackets can be used with standard contact inserts, the modular ConCept system with a plastic frame, or the modular ConCept system with a metal frame. The attachment of the shielded conductor to the shield bracket is done with shielding clamps. The shielding clamps are available in different sizes depending on the conductor used.
