The H2 is the only portable recorder with five integrated microphones, allowing for four different recording modes: 90-degree X/Y stereo mode, 2-channel surround, 4-channel surround, and mid-side recording mode. It features RAW mode for subsequent editing of the microphone characteristics in mid-side mode and 360° surround recording on two tracks in 4-channel surround mode.
