3. Alesis SamplePad4
The SamplePad 4 features four LED-lit rubber pads with excellent response, a dual-zone trigger input, and includes eight pre-made kits. The integrated sound library allows for playback of common percussion and e-drum sounds. With the ability to load samples, the musician faces virtually no limits. The customizable reverb function enables even more personalized sound design.
An intuitive menu system allows for lightning-fast kit selection, and samples can be easily transferred via USB using drag and drop, without the need to remove the SD card. The blue LED lighting ensures clarity, even in low light conditions.

With a backlit LCD display, a clear arrangement of the controls and eight (6 + 2) rubberized pads on the top, the SamplePad Pro features a sleek design and excellent playability. The blue LED border around the pads provides the necessary overview even in dim light.
SamplePad Pro includes trigger inputs for additional drum pads, plus inputs for kick drum and hi-hat pedals. The kick drum pedal input lets you switch between switch and trigger. This allows SamplePad Pro to be expanded from a powerful percussion instrument to a full-fledged e-drum kit.
Infinite sounds
SamplePad Pro already contains over 200 high-quality sounds, compiled and recorded by the Alesis Sound Design Team. The spectrum ranges from various drums and cymbals to percussion sounds. For instant access, the sounds are arranged in ten ready-made drum kits. Each sound can be customized with parameters such as pitch, pan, and reverb. Up to 512 sounds and 89 custom kits can be stored on one SD card (up to 32 GB). All internal sounds can also be accessed via MIDI.
Versatile application possibilities
The connection to the computer is easy via USB cable. For example, an amplifier, sound system or audio interface can be connected via the 6.3 mm outputs. A headphone output with its own volume control is available for monitoring or undisturbed rehearsals. The stereo aux input with level control allows the connection of a smartphone or MP3 player - for example to accompany your current favourite track or to rehearse the set list.
