- How is the noise development of the Slim (also compared to the normal version)? - Does the digital version need an external drive (the disc must always be inserted to play on the PS4)?

Hi, I've noticed a big reduction in noise on the PS5 slim vs. the PS4. The external drive is useful for games bought outside the PS Store.
In my opinion, the background noise is exactly the same as with the normal PS5.
If you have the game as a digital download, you don't need a disc drive. Otherwise, buy the version with a disc drive... or just retrofit a disc drive
