2 questions straight away: - We have oak parquet (oiled) in the flat - can such a floor be damaged by the mopping function or do the wheels leave marks/scratches? - Can this robot deal with long hair or does it have to be removed manually from the brush?

As for the wheels, they are rubber covered and should not mark the floor (mine is tile though).
The brush cuts hair as it picks them up but it still needs to be cleaned every now and then, but it's very easy to take apart and clean.
