According to the description, the monitor has the "KVM Switch" feature. So can I connect USB devices and an Ethernet cable to the monitor and then connect two different end devices (e.g. laptop via USB-C cable and desktop PC via HDMI & USB-B) and then switch between the devices so that the USB devices and the Ethernet connection are "redirected" to the correct device?

Yes, that is correct. The Lenovo ThinkVision P27h-30 does include a built-in KVM switch.
You can connect your USB devices (keyboard, mouse, etc.) and an Ethernet cable directly to the monitor. Then you can connect:
• Laptop via the USB-C cable (which carries video, data, and network through one cable)
• Desktop PC via HDMI (for video) and USB-B upstream (for data connection)

Using the KVM switch function, you can toggle between the two connected systems, and the monitor will automatically redirect the USB peripherals and network (Ethernet) to whichever system is active.
