Lenovo memory would be e.g. item 12191450 (1x 16GB module). It is much more expensive than Corsair, Hyper-X or Crucial, but the cheaper modules work just as well. If possible, you should use 2x 8 GB or 2x 16 GB and not mix them.
The monitor mentioned has a display port connection, so it fits the PC. However, I cannot make any statements about the touch function.
