After a good six months of almost daily use, the wire-reinforced cable around the ear cup has worn out. Is there anything that can be done?
RHA is known for their accommodating warranty coverage. I had the same problem, I also had a loose contact on the left bracket. Simply bring it to Digitec in the original packaging with all the accessories. The manufacturer will replace the product immediately.
Unfortunately, there is little that can be done under warranty, as wear and tear is not covered. In this case, I would ask the manufacturer if this problem can be solved somehow.
