Although I have activated the function "answer call when opening the phone" in the settings, I have to select headset or handsfree with the arrow key...... This is not possible for my disabled uncle. Does anyone have any tips on what we might be doing wrong?

With our device, the setting works in such a way that you can speak directly after opening it. Without headphones or hands-free talking, but by holding it to the ear. Unfortunately, I don't know why there is this difference.
