Am I stupid or can I really only install this version on one PC even if I use the same Office account?
I had Office Home & Students 2013 which is also only for one PC but I could install it on the laptop as well as on the desktop PC. It's the same Office account.

Answer

You can only install it on a PC or laptop.  You install the Office package with the key and this may only be used once or, if you use it more than once, you will receive a message at some point that the key is already in use. This has nothing to do with the account.
